Bookings T&C
1. This agreement is between LA Create (the company) and the person/s (the purchaser). I/we certify that the details are correct and have read and agree to the conditions set out in this agreement.
2. Any changes to be made to the details on the main forms MUST be made in writing, e-mail is acceptable, however in any case you are required to check that we have received any amendments.
3. Any order under £200 full payment will be taken to confirm order. all orders over this amount will be 50% of the full invoice amount. All payments are due 30 days before the hire period. Booking fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of cancellation by the purchaser, refunds of any deposit/booking fees and other monies paid to date will not be made. All sub hire contracts (Business) are full payment to confirm product hire at time of booking.

If the Venue of the event cancel your event , the Purchaser will receive a refund of the balance of any monies paid less the deposit . We will however before any monies are paid need to receive an official email from the venue stating they cancelled Your event and why, without this no monies will be paid. This process can take between 4-6 weeks for you to receive refund. If extreme weather ( snow and ice) prevents us from travelling, all fees less the deposit will be refunded.

4. The acceptance of all bookings is subject to a booking deposit, you will then be booked in once we've received this payment. Invoices are only valid for 2 days from issue.

5. Your balance MUST be paid no later than 30 days prior to your event.

6. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inform their venue and to obtain permission of our services. If your hire needs power, A power point should be within 10m of the area you would like the equipment setup.
7. We will arrive approx (30minutes) within the agreed setup time for your event. we ask to provide event start time and setup time agreed by venue. Please ensure the room to be used is clear and easily accessible.
Any changes to the agreed set up time will be subject to an additional charge.

8. It is agreed between the company and the purchaser that the company can’t provide your hire due to reasons such as sickness, accident, vehicle breakdown, equipment failure, That we will refund the product value only.

9. The company reserves the right to use any photographs and images for any commercial purposes/marketing. ​​
10. Any Credit/Vouchers are subject to available of products, booking in voucher name only, exclusion applies to any sale items.

11. The hire of digital photo booth requires stable wifi access from location where setup. If this isn't available please make us aware when placing booking. If wifi signal drops our during your hire photo will be cued until reconnected to wifi. During the hire there is a contact number available to call if for any reason there is a problem with the technology,we can talk you though how to fix in a couple of easy steps.

12. Dance floor Hire, Guest are required to keep shoes on at all times with walking or dancing on the dance floor, No food, drink or glasses be allowed on the dance floor at any time, This may result in the dance floor becoming slippy due to spillages, The digital photobooth cannot be moved or unplugged once installed. The purchaser acknowledges that it shall be responsible for any damage or loss to the Provider’s Equipment caused by any misuse of the Provider’s Equipment by the purchaser, their employees or guests.

13. Law: The Laws of Scotland shall govern this contract.
